  • Crank, block, rods and pistons cleaned for inspection
  • Engine casings after vapour blasting and acid dip process
  • Ports opened up on a gas flowed head
  • New timing chain, drive gear and tensioners fitted

We can supply complete, rebuilt K100/75/1100/1200 engines to any spec required, from a standard reconditioned unit to a full on race engine.
Standard, reconditioned engines are fully checked over and parts replaced as needed and delivered ready to fit.
Race engines have a complete rebuild and tuning work undertaken with new performance parts fitted such as cams and flowed head etc as required.

We can also supply BRAND NEW BMW K100 engine block, complete with new crank shaft , pistons and rings.
